Early-stage exposure with an Infrastructure industry startup managing end to end HR operations, designing and implementing HR policies, consulting and setting up practices, working on organizational design and development interventions for family-owned businesses and midsize organizations helped me recognize the value of context and its impact on the success of HR policies and practices early on, along with one of its kind of initiatives like HR Bidding for Airport Privatization, Public-Private Cultural Diversity and Adaption Labs, Assessment and Development Centers, etc., Taking a leap into academics by pursuing Leadership Coaching, EQ Fellow programs, to strengthen my expertise of Coaching and Leadership Development with more than 1000+ hours of Coaching Experience. I sharpened my conceptual clarity by spending more than a couple of years as a visiting faculty at Premier B-Schools (ISB&M, IBS, and a few other colleges) teaching PG Courses along with Management Development Programs for Senior Corporate Leaders and Bureaucrats.
